With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, she has built a reputation for commercialising innovation and launching and scaling complex payments, digital banking and financial services solutions.

Over the past six years, Ashima has been actively involved in the digital assets and blockchain ecosystem, including serving as a Board Director of the Digital Economy Council of Australia (DECA) for the past two years.

Recognised on the Digital Assets Top 50 list by Blockchain APAC, Ashima has worked with financial institutions, fintechs, regulators and industry bodies to advance the adoption of blockchain-enabled technologies and next-generation payment infrastructure.
