Ben leads Stripe New Zealand with a focus on accelerating New Zealand’s participation in the global digital economy.

With a  20+ year career spanning New Zealand, Australia, and international markets, Ben has built and scaled technology businesses, led high-performing teams, and brought innovative products to market across both startups and large enterprises. Prior to Stripe, he was Vice President of Global Sales at Soul Machines, where he led a global team driving AI adoption across industries including healthcare, banking, and entertainment.

Ben is deeply interested in the role technology, AI, and digital commerce play in shaping New Zealand’s productivity and global competitiveness.
