Bryan Ventura is a leading fintech / financial services lawyer and a partner at Hamilton Locke NZ (based in Auckland).  He advises many leading global digital asset platforms, stablecoin issuers and leading NZ digital asset businesses (including VeVe, Immersve and a confidential global DeFi protocol), on their products & services, token launches, commercial transactions and regulatory matters.  Bryan is also currently deputy chair of Blockchain Forum New Zealand (he was previously chair for 2.5 years).
